Your dashboard tells you what to do next, every recommendation is written in plain language, and anything you need to add to your website comes with step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or plain HTML. Prefer fewer menus? Simple mode keeps the sidebar to the essentials.
What do I get during the free trial?
14 days of the full platform — including the Growth and Pro tools, on up to 3 websites — with no credit card required. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan automatically; you're never charged unless you choose a paid plan.
How quickly will I see results?
SEO is a long-term strategy, but many of our customers start seeing improvements in their rankings within 4-6 weeks of implementing our recommendations. Content created with our AI typically starts ranking within 2-3 months.
How do credits work on an annual plan?
Exactly like monthly: you get your plan's monthly credits, refreshed on your billing day each month. Annual billing just means you pay once a year at the discounted rate — credits don't pile up or expire early.
What uses credits, and what's free?
Credits are spent when you run a tool that does real work — generating keywords (1), auditing a page (2), writing or refreshing content (5), and so on. Each tool shows its cost before you run it. Daily rank tracking, your dashboard and SEO Brief, analytics, the weekly email digest, Google Search Console, and the assistant never use credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing any time from Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect through Stripe, and your credits follow the new plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period — the end of the month on monthly plans, or the end of the year on annual plans.
What is the Founding Member offer?
The first 20 customers who subscribe to an annual Growth or Pro plan get 25% off that plan, permanently. The discount is attached to your subscription and applies to every renewal for as long as the subscription stays active — even as we add features and raise prices. Founding members also get direct input on product direction, early access to new features, bonus credits, and future loyalty perks.
What happens if I change or cancel my plan?
The discount lives on your subscription, so switching between Growth and Pro keeps it. If you cancel, the discount ends with the subscription; if you resubscribe later, standard pricing applies and the founding spots may be gone.
