3. AI Data Processing
When you use Rankify's AI tools, certain data you enter may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) for processing.

We do not send your:

All AI processing follows strict privacy terms from our providers.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Rankify uses cookies and similar technologies to:

You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work.
5. Sharing Your Information
We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to operate Rankify, including:
- Stripe (billing)
- Supabase (account management, database)
- AI providers (content generation)
- Analytics tools
We do not sell your personal information.
AI assistants you connect (connectors)
You can choose to connect Rankify to a third-party AI assistant (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini, or Meta Muse) so the assistant can read your Rankify data and run Rankify tools on your behalf. This only happens when you explicitly authorize a connection on our consent screen.
- A connected assistant can access only the data in your own Rankify account (your websites, rankings, action plan, audits, content drafts, and credit balance) and publicly available information about websites you ask it to check.
- Actions the assistant runs (such as audits, scans, or content drafts) use the credits in your account, the same as if you ran them in the app, and the assistant is expected to ask you before running them.
- Data returned to an assistant is then handled under that provider's own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. We do not receive your conversations with the assistant.
- You can revoke a connection at any time from Settings in Rankify or from the assistant's own connector settings. Revoking stops further access immediately.
6. Data Storage & Security
We use encrypted, industry-standard storage solutions through Supabase and our hosting providers.
While we follow best practices, no online system is 100% secure.
You use Rankify at your own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as:
- Your account is active
- Required to deliver our services
- Needed for legal or accounting purposes
You may request data deletion at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
Rankify is not intended for individuals under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we discover that a minor has created an account, it will be deleted.
9. Your Privacy Rights
If you are a U.S. resident, you may request:
- Access to the data we hold
- Correction of your information
- Deletion of your data
- A copy of your stored data

Even though we do not "sell" personal data:
